Hello! I’m Kiana, also known as KJ Korea (케이짱), a Korean language and culture tutor.

Originally from South Korea, I’ve been living in the U.S. for over 20 years. I have extensive experience teaching Korean through both one-on-one and group lessons, and I’ve also been offering Korean cooking classes in the U.S., introducing students to Korea’s delicious food and culture.

I believe learning a language should be fun, practical, and based on real communication. My classes are relaxed yet structured, and I always tailor lessons to fit each student’s interests and goals — whether that’s daily conversation, K-drama discussion, travel Korean, or pronunciation.

If you’re curious about Korean food or want to learn simple phrases used in cooking or dining, I’m happy to include those cultural elements too — just let me know!
