Yoga nidra is a deep relaxation practice similar to meditation, but more comfortable for many. It encourages you to release the stress in your body and relax into the present moment. I am a certified hatha yoga teacher and it would be my honor to help guide you through a yoga nidra session. Some benefits include: improved sleep, reduced stress, mental clarity, and an overall feeling of deep relaxation. This practice is very accessible to all people and only requires a quiet space where you can lie down and listen to the sound of my voice. You may feel free to turn your camera off for this lesson. Very helpful for those with sensitive nervous systems. All are welcome here. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you have any questions.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
