一言で、みなみ先生は頭脳明晰。時間だけじゃなく　色んなことに正確。　言いたいことの確信をどう伝えるべきか教えてくださいます。　発音や文法だけじゃない、日本人と英語圏の方の意思疎通の仕方に気づかされました。　いろんな国で生活されて　ものすごい多様性を持った先生です。文化＝言語　が日本語とは違う、ということは　話したい言葉の背景を理解して受け入れて、取り入れること。長くEUに住んでいて　上手く伝わらないことが多かったのは　なんでも間接的に表現してしまう私、というか　多くの日本人の癖、であることにも気付かされました。　他の発音矯正の指導法とは違ったレッスンの仕方が私には新鮮で楽しく　毎回充実したレッスンです。

I have been taking lessons with Koyuki Sensei since October 2023, and throughout that time I have been consistently impressed with the quality of her teaching. When I started, I had almost no knowledge of Japanese. Since then, we have worked through the Genki 1 and Genki 2 textbooks together, and we are now about to begin Quartet. What I appreciate most about Koyuki Sensei's teaching style is the balance she strikes between patience, encouragement, and challenge. Her lessons are always enjoyable and engaging, but she also knows how to push me in the right way so that I continue to improve and stay motivated. She is highly adaptable and is always able to tailor her approach to my individual needs as a learner. I genuinely look forward to every lesson and feel motivated to study between sessions, often thinking ahead to what we will cover next. When we discuss topics like picture, he first encourages me to speak, and then we go over my mistakes together. After that, he provides a list of useful vocabulary, and he finishes the lesson by reviewing the relevant grammar structures, making the session incredibly productive. The knowledge he shares is truly valuable, and I am confident that his teaching style will significantly help me improve my Japanese.
