日本でも昔から人気でファンも多い、「アメリカン・チェリーパイ」を作るレッスンです。 私が以前、経営していた、新宿区のカフェでもとても人気のメニューだったんですよ♪ 通常は、たくさんのチェリーを入れて焼き上げるんですが、たくさんチェリーを入れると水分がたっぷり出て、パイ生地がサクサク食感に仕上がらないので、私は少し少なめに入れて焼いています。 サクサク食感の美味なパイ生地とさわやかなサワーチェリーの風味がベストマッチなスイーツ、作ってみたい方、良かったらレッスン受けてくださいね。
