Teacher Chris is very kind, adapts to my pace, and is easy to talk to. Teacher Nicky is an exceptional tutor. The way complex grammar rules were broken down made them incredibly easy to understand. The practice exercises provided were highly relevant to the actual IELTS exam, and the personalized attention to my weaknesses significantly boosted my confidence.
