Why is it essential to clearly define your values? Once defined, they become a compass for every choice you make: your friendships, your career or life path, and every relationship including friends, family, and partners.

Most importantly, your values guide how you set boundaries (saying NO) and ensure others respect them across every area of your life.

When your values are unclear, your decisions can be unclear too, often leaving you feeling lost because your choices weren’t based on what truly matters to you.

That is why, if you feel lost, reconnecting with your core values may be one of the most important steps you can take.

As a former lawyer with a multicultural background (half African, half Japanese, raised in France), I bring cultural sensitivity and a trained eye for detail in our sessions. After all, the heart of every matter is often found in the details.
