COURSE LEVEL: Beginner/Intermediate – Age 11 and Up
Course content will be tailored to Age group
(High School Students and Adult Learners welcome)
OVERVIEW:
- For this lesson, we will learn about circles and ellipses in perspective
- You will have fun doing perspective drawing exercises using circles and curves.
- Learn ways to combine regular polygons with ellipses to create other forms and shapes.
Drawing is a learned skill, if you are willing, you can do it! Grab your pencil and paper and let’s have some fun.
COURSE DURATION: 60 Minutes
COURSE OBJECTIVE:
- Understand how to determine the Circular tangent points in perspective.
- Apply knowledge of Perspective Ellipses to create curve volumes and surfaces.
- Be able to extrude Circles and Curves to form Cylindrical Objects.
ART MATERIALS:
- Pencil (preferably HB)
- Pencil Eraser
- Sketchpad or a few pieces of Plain White Paper
- Ruler (optional)
- Pencil sharpener
