Are you curious about real Italian food and tradicional recipes? Want to cook as an Italian? You found the right teacher, because I am a food-lover :)
Kursinhalt
I cook different regional recipes - expecially pasta - every day. If you want to learn cook some particular dish, know a new recipe and study it together, to know the story of Italian kitchen, well, let's do it! It's a funny and good way to improve your Italian, expecially for conversation and writing skills. I use the book "L'italiano in cucina", by Guerra Edizioni, and websites such as "Il cucchiaio d'argento" and "Giallo Zafferano".
