This course was created for engineers, scientists, and academics from all fields and is best suited for upper-intermediate to advanced English learners.

I can help you with the specific English you need, whether learning specialized vocabulary, explaining graphs, giving presentations, or describing complex technical processes in English. I can also work with you to improve your technical writing for company reports or for writing papers for international research journals.

I am a very friendly and supportive teacher who would love to work with you to improve your English!

I am an English teacher with

a science background in both the hard sciences (MS Physics) and social sciences (BA Psychology)
a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (CTEFL)
over 19 years of teaching experience at universities as well as language schools
a published research paper based on my own research conducted in a physics lab
many years of experience proofreading papers for professors who wish to publish in international research journals
