Lesson Pack Details
- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.
Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

- 【初級者の方】：自信を持って会話デビュー！ひらがな・カタカナからスタートしても大丈夫。英語でのサポートを交えながら、3ヶ月後には「日本語だけで自分のことが伝えられる」レベルを目指し、対話の土台を固めます。
- 【中級～上級者の方】：伸び悩みの壁を突き破り「ペラペラ」へ！自分では気づけない「話し方のクセ」をその場で解決。即興ロールプレイを通じて、ネイティブのように自然な表現で、もっと長く、もっと深く会話を楽しめる状態を目指します。

生徒様の状況に合わせて柔軟に対応していますが、「カメラON」での受講を特におすすめしています！
- 表情が見えると安心： お互いの顔が見えることで、安心と信頼を築くことができます。
- 上達がスピードアップ： 口の動きや表情を確認しながら進めることで、発音や細かいニュアンスの指導がより正確になり、上達がぐっと早まります。（※もちろん、体調や環境に合わせてOFFのままでも受講いただけます。その場合は講師もOFFにさせていただくことをご了承ください。）

Política de cancelación del(de la) tutor/a
Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
