By the end of the lesson, students will:

  • Understand what extreme minimalism is.

  • Learn why some people choose to live with very little.

  • Reflect on what is truly important in their own lives.

  • Discuss how minimalism can affect our space, mind, and lifestyle.

  4. Do you know someone who is a minimalist?

  5. How Important are material possessions to you personally?

  6. Can you live with just 15 things? What would you choose?

  7. Why do you think  someone would choose to live this way?

  8. What do you think are the biggest benefits of extreme minimalism?

  9. How do you think extreme minimalism affects mental health and well-being?

  10. What challenges do you think you would face if you adopted an extreme minimalism lifestyle?
