FOCUS- Let’s chat, read, discuss, let the conversation flow!!—Advanced English Lesson
Free Talk (10–15 min) followed by reading and discussing a medium-length FOCUS article (30-35 mins) . We'll explore the article's topic together and share opinions as part of our weekly newspaper learning
Description
Each class will start with a relaxed 5–10 minute free talk to warm up. After that, we’ll read a medium-to-long FOCUS article together (approximately 30–35 minutes, depending on your reading pace), selected by the teacher from an English newspaper or a student learning publication. As we read, I’ll support you with pronunciation and explain any unfamiliar words or phrases. We’ll then move into an open discussion about the article’s topic, allowing the conversation to develop naturally.
Optional Format:
If you prefer to read the article before class and prepare questions or highlight areas you'd like to review, we can shift the focus to a more in-depth discussion during the lesson instead of reading aloud. This option gives you even more speaking time and can be arranged by request when booking.
