Let’s be honest, gender expectations are exhausting. Everyone has an opinion about who we should be, how we should behave, what we should want, and how we should live. And half the time, these “rules” don’t even make sense.
So let’s talk about it; really talk about it.
In this session, you and I sit down and unpack the gender roles that shape your life. The pressures, the expectations, the unspoken rules… all of it! We’ll compare experiences across Jamaica, Japan, and other cultures, and you’ll finally have a space where you can say what you actually think, not what you’re “supposed” to say.
I’ll guide you through natural English expressions, emotional vocabulary, and the language you need to express yourself clearly, confidently, and honestly.
