長年、コールセンターで鍛えた傾聴力で、声のトーンや抑揚、強弱、何度も繰り返すシーンなどから、客観的に見て心をほぐしていきますね。ゆっくりで良いので、ありのまま、飾らず話してください。一緒に肩の荷物をすこしづつ降ろして行きましょう。
