The best way to learn English is to speak English with someone whose native language is English. Pronunciation is important because it prevents misunderstandings of messages received. Conversation is not about words, it's about expressing ideas.
Conversing in English is a way to use that grammar rules that were taught in the classroom. Relationships are developed, ideas are expressed, and new cultures are discovered. The regular practice of English conversation builds confidence in one's speaking ability. When mistakes are made, it's a learning opportunity. Improvement is acheived when a native English speaker improves the grammar of a student of the English language.
Communication involves context (sentences [complete thoughts] that explain the meaning of words). For example, if someone says the word, apple, the context will describe the color, size, shape, taste, smell, location, type, and texture of the apple.
The English conversation will be fun and educational. All is required is to speak as much English as possible and improvement will be immediate. It's not about speaking English, it's about thinking in English.
