Hello!My name is İrem!

I’m excited to guide you through a revitalizing yoga session designed to help you greet the day with energy and positivity. In this class, we’ll focus on Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar), a powerful sequence that stretches, strengthens, and energizes your body. As we flow through these movements, we’ll embrace the morning light, awakening the muscles and setting the tone for a vibrant day ahead. This practice will help you connect with your breath, clear any morning stiffness, and feel glowing from the inside out. Let's rise, shine, and salute the sun together!

I am looking forward to guiding you through a refreshing Rise and Shine yoga practice, where we’ll honor the sun with invigorating Sun Salutations, stretching and energizing our bodies to begin the day with strength and positivity.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
