課程介紹

Life will stress you out, wear you down, break your patience, and silence your feelings, especially in cultures where everyone is expected to smile and stay polite, no matter what they’re going through.
 
This class is the opposite of that.
 
No judgment.
No “shoulds.”
No "just get over it"

Just you.
Decompressing.
Talking.
Feeling.
Breathing.
Releasing.
 
Similar to my Decompressing Zone sessions, you will vent or decompress freely in English, and I hold the space with empathy, structure, and calm. I will also guide you on how to do so properly in English. The best part about this lesson is: THERE IS NO RUSH to get it out. You have more time to relax and get it all out.
 
This isn’t chaos — this is release.
And you deserve it.
