Are you interested in learning how food choices affect your health and sleep, all while improving your English? Then this lesson is for you!
In this interactive 50-minute session, we’ll explore essential vocabulary related to nutrition (like protein, intolerant, digest) and discuss how diet influences well-being. You'll share your own eating habits, discuss food labels (e.g. organic, gluten-free, zero-fat), and reflect on food philosophies.
We’ll also watch a short, informative video about the connection between food and sleep, followed by engaging discussion questions to practise listening and speaking skills.
This lesson is perfect for intermediate learners who want to expand their vocabulary, improve fluency, and talk about real-life health topics in English.
