Overview

This session is conducted entirely through written communication — no video or voice calls are involved.


It is ideal for individuals who feel more comfortable expressing themselves through writing, prefer not to appear on video or speak by phone, or wish to use writing as a form of self-reflection and emotional care.Through this process, you can explore your thoughts, gain clarity on personal challenges, and engage in a writing-based therapeutic experience!

While this is not a real-time chat, responses are typically faster and more concise than email exchanges. This makes it suitable for those who wish to receive timely feedback and guidance without needing to schedule a live session. You can send messages at your own pace, whenever you feel ready to share.

 

I also make every effort to reply outside of standard working hours whenever possible. In most cases, messages sent during the evening (Japan Standard Time) can be answered promptly, provided there are no urgent commitments. ✨

You are welcome to begin with a brief message or to write more freely if your thoughts flow naturally into longer text. There is no strict word limit (up to approximately 5,000 characters including spaces), so please feel free to express yourself in whatever way feels most comfortable.

Session Process

  1. Submit a Request
    Please send your initial message or comment describing your concerns or the topic you wish to discuss.
  2. Confirmation & Initial Response
    Once your session request is confirmed, I will send my first message.
    (Messages received after 5:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time are usually answered the same day.)
    The first reply may include follow-up questions or prompts to help clarify your situation and guide the session effectively.
  3. Message Exchange
    You may exchange messages with me up to five times within a one-week period.
    The one-week session period begins from the date of your first message.
    Please note that messages sent after the seventh day cannot be responded to.
    If you wish to continue beyond that, you may request a new session.

Important Notes

  • If there is no message or response within two weeks after the session has been confirmed, the system will automatically close the session.
  • Please understand that during periods of high demand, response times may be slightly delayed.
  • Confidentiality is strictly maintained. However, please note that I am unable to accept consultations involving content that violates public order or morality, includes explicit sexual material, or concerns criminal acts or situations where you or others may be at risk of harm.In such cases, as required by law, relevant authorities may need to be contacted.
