Often there are times in our life when all we need is for someone to be with us and hear us, with kindness and compassion. 
 
I can offer you a safe, relaxed and confidential space to talk about whatever is on your mind. I will not provide advice, judgement or guidance. 
 
Although the sessions will be conducted in English, please do not worry about your English level. Everybody is welcome. In fact many people have expressed to me that they feel freedom in being able to share their feelings with a stranger in English rather than to friends & family in their native language. 
 
You may feel that you want a single conversation, or that you want to speak regularly. I will be available for you as required. 
 
(Please note that although I have years of experience in this area, I do not have formal medical qualifications. If you have a serious mental health concern then please consult with a trained doctor or medical professional)
 
 
 
 
 
 

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness, have been diagnosed with mental health issues, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before taking a lesson.
