Description
バレエの基本動作や用語を、やさしい英語も交えながら丁寧に指導します。
「海外のレッスンに興味がある」「英語のバレエ用語を知りたい」「留学前に英語でのレッスンに慣れておきたい」という方にもおすすめです。
初心者の方から経験者の方まで大歓迎！
英語が苦手な方にも分かりやすくサポートしますので、安心してご参加ください♪
海外バレエ留学・劇場経験を活かし、海外レッスンの雰囲気も楽しくお伝えします。
〜レッスン内容〜
・15分程のストレッチとヒアリング
・35分程のバレエバーレッスン又はセンターレッスン
※レッスンではバーを使用します。ご自宅にある手すり、机、椅子など、捕まることのできる物をご用意ください。
