you have to prepare various things such as self-analysis, company research, submitting entry sheets, interviews, and so on.
① As for self-analysis,
You can’t really know yourself on your own.
Please tell me about your experiences so far.
I’ll tell you about your good points and strengths from my perspective.
② As for company research,
I worked at an advertising agency for nearly 40 years,
and have worked with many companies, ranging from
banks and mobile phone carriers to electronics manufacturers,
and even food and cosmetics companies.
I’ve gained various insights into company characteristics and culture
that aren’t visible from the outside.
Let’s research together about the company you want to join.
③ As for entry sheets
Japanese companies require high Japanese
language skills even from international students (foreigners).
(It seems that they tend to demand a lot in this aspect.)
I will also advise on entry sheets from
the perspective of Japanese language.
④ As for job interviews
Interviews are very important in job hunting.
