During the Christmas and New Year holiday season, there are lots of special foods to cook, bake, and eat in Britain. In this lesson, we shall discuss all sorts of these, from traditional Christmas dinner, to Black bun and Dundee cake, to tablet, trifle, yule log, and clootie dumpling.
