Kurspaket Inhalt

Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 “Gutscheine” sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 50 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

Kursinhalt

呼吸とともに、からだの内側に流れをつくる。

ジャイロキネシス®は、背骨を中心に全身をしなやかに動かしながら、内側から整えていくムーブメントメソッドです。ヨガや太極拳、バレエの要素をベースにしながらも、決まった型にとらわれず、自分のリズムと呼吸に寄り添って動いていけるのが特徴です。

動きは椅子に座った状態から始まり、呼吸に合わせてゆったりと背骨を波のように動かすところからスタート。身体の緊張をやさしくほどき、心地よい集中の中で、全身のエネルギーの流れを高めていきます。

ダンサーやアスリートのコンディショニングとしても高く評価されている一方で、運動が苦手な方や初心者の方にも取り入れやすいのがジャイロキネシスの魅力。しなやかで自由な動きは、身体を無理なく解放し、自然な姿勢や呼吸を取り戻すサポートをしてくれます。

「動く瞑想」のような時間の中で、からだもこころも軽やかに。日常の疲れを手放し、自分本来の感覚を取り戻してみませんか？

こちらは４回のレッスンパックになります！
受講期限は45日となります。各レッスンの長さは50分です。

初回のレッスン完了後はポイントの払い戻しはできません。あらかじめご了承ください。

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Weniger als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ 100% des Kurspreises wird einbehalten.
