This is a lesson for students of any level who want to improve their writing skills. I love writing and using imagery and idiomatic language to help your writing flow and have the impact it needs.
How does it work?
In this lesson, you will share a piece of writing that you want to improve. This can be a piece of writing for a report for work, a piece of fiction or an article, for example. We will look at this writing together during the lesson and I will give feeback not only on grammar, punctuation and spelling, but also any techniques and structures that will help your writing look natural and sound impactful, magical, thoughtful or precise - whichever effect you need!
Feedback is always gentle and constructive so your confidence can grow along with your enjoyment of writing.
Due to the lesson being 40 minutes, it's best to use a piece of writing that's under 1000 words, so we can cover everything in the time provided.
This lesson can be a one-off or a series, whichever best meets your needs.
We can have a short introductory lesson to discuss your needs and check this lesson is a good fit for you.
