A lot of times we are stuck on our routines and focused on our works and problems, that we forget to stop for a moment and take care of our mind and body!A quick workout session can help with that "reset" feeling, and doesn't need to be intense, just needs to be a moment that you can feel your soul again, a moment to feel human, to feel connected again with your goals, with your beliefs, with yourself.
