What is the weekend for you?
Is it rest?
Is it productivity?
Is it escape?
Or is it reflection?
For some people, the weekend is a reset button a chance to breathe after a demanding week. For others, it is an opportunity to catch up on goals, side projects, or personal growth. And sometimes, it is simply space to exist without pressure.
The weekend reveals your priorities.
Do you invest in yourself?
Do you reconnect with family and friends?
Do you protect your peace?
There is no “correct” way to spend a weekend. But there is a powerful question to ask:
Does your weekend prepare you for the week ahead or does it drain you further?
A meaningful weekend does not have to be busy. It just needs to be intentional.
