When you spend 28 years traveling the world at 35,000 feet, you see it all. I started my career as Cabin Crew, and eventually, I took on the responsibility of Cabin Manager.
I wasn't the one flying the plane, but I was the one responsible for the world inside it.
The "Director" of the Cabin
As a Manager, I learned that a flight isn’t just about the destination; it’s about the environment. My job was to be the "Director" of the cabin—ensuring my crew felt supported and that every passenger felt seen, safe, and uplifted.
I’ve handled thousands of different personalities from every corner of the globe. Through those three decades, I learned how to:
- Turn a stressful situation into a calm one with just a few words.
- Lead a team of diverse people to work as one.
- Keep a positive, encouraging spirit, even on the longest "red-eye" flights.
