This is a magnificent illustrated novel, suitable for both children and adults. The story is a moving adventure set in the heart of the Bellécorce forest, where we follow Archibald Renard and his companion Ferdinand Taupe as they search for Ferdinand's memories. Ferdinand suffers from the "Oublie-tout" sickness, a metaphor for the Alzheimer\'s disease. With majestic landscapes, colourful characters, a kind-hearted writing style and sublime illustrations, this novel ticks all the boxes for an enchanting read while tackling a complex subject. It was a wonderful and touching story.
I recommend Charlotte’s Web because it is a beloved English classic with beautiful, clear writing. The story explores themes of friendship, kindness, and the cycle of life, making it perfect for meaningful discussion while improving reading fluency and vocabulary.

Even though it’s a children’s classic, the clear writing and emotional depth make it enjoyable and valuable for adults too, and the natural English is great for relaxed reading practice and discussions.

It is a warm, humorous children’s animal story about a small pig named Babe who lives on a farm. Unlike the other animals, Babe is gentle, polite, and thoughtful. Pinocchio is neither a man nor an animal (the entire book seems to reject binary choices); he is a wooden puppet.
